3-DAY TAP IN: CLIENT AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing and participating in the 3-Day Tap In, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Your payment constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The 3-Day Tap In is a private, client-led coaching experience designed to provide high-level spiritual insight, validation, motivation, and strategic guidance.

✔ 3-day real-time access inside a private Telegram chat

✔ Up to 6 hours per day (Monday–Wednesday, 9 AM–3 PM CST)

✔ Client-led experience—you bring the topics, and I provide strategic guidance

✔ Not a therapy session—this is for empowered women navigating transitions

🚨 Client Readiness Check: This space is for women who are ready to step into higher levels of clarity and personal authority. If you are looking for casual conversation, hand-holding without action, or venting, this is not the right space for you.

2. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

💳 Investment: $555 USD (paid in full at time of booking)🚫 No Refunds. No Transfers. No Exceptions. All sales are final.

🔹 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes:By purchasing, you agree that initiating a chargeback is a violation of this agreement. If a chargeback is attempted, this contract will be used as evidence in dispute resolution.

🔹 Digital Product Agreement:This coaching experience is classified as a digital product. By purchasing, you acknowledge that all services are delivered electronically, and no physical goods will be provided.

3. SCHEDULING & ACCESS

🗓 Sessions run Monday–Wednesday, 9 AM–3 PM EST.📌 If purchased after Wednesday, your access begins the following Monday.

🚨 Late Start Clause:Your 3-day access begins as scheduled on Monday. If you fail to initiate conversation on Day 1, your time will not be rescheduled or extended.

🗣 Client must submit a 10–15 minute introductory voice note within 24 hours of purchase (instructions provided in your Welcome Guide).

💬 All communication takes place in Telegram. No texts, calls, or emails.

🔊 Voice notes must be 2 minutes or less for clarity and efficiency.

⏳ Expiration of Access Clause:Once your 3-day session concludes, access to the Telegram chat will be closed. If you would like continued support, you must enroll in a long-term coaching container.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

👑 This is a client-led experience. You determine the focus of our sessions.

🚫 Who this is NOT for:❌ Crisis situations or emergency emotional support❌ Trauma-dumping, venting, or using this as a therapy substitute❌ Clients unwilling to lead their own transformation

🔥 No-Tolerance Policy for Boundary Violations:Respectful, professional communication is required. Any form of harassment, hostility, or boundary-pushing will result in immediate removal without refund.

🔹 Energy & Respect Clause:This space thrives on mutual respect, intentionality, and energy exchange. Show up fully present, engage with the process, and be prepared to do the inner work. Passive participation will not yield transformation.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

🔒 All communication remains strictly confidential between the coach and the client.

🚫 No recording, screenshotting, or sharing any part of our conversation without prior written permission.

📢 Testimonials & Feedback:Client feedback may be used for promotional purposes but will always remain anonymous unless explicit consent is given.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USAGE

All strategies, insights, and guidance provided in this program are the intellectual property of the coach and are intended for personal use only.

🚨 Clients may NOT:

❌ Repurpose or teach the content to others

❌ Use my materials for professional or business purposes

This experience is customized for YOU—not a template to be resold.

7. DISCLAIMERS & LIABILITY RELEASE

🚨 This is NOT therapy, legal advice, or financial counseling.

Results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and the consequences of those decisions and actions.

🔹 Emergency Contact Clause:

This is NOT an emergency service. If you are experiencing a crisis, please seek immediate support from a licensed professional or a crisis hotline.

By purchasing, you release the coach from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in the program.

8. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

I reserve the right to immediately terminate access without refund if:

❌ Client fails to adhere to communication guidelines

❌ Client engages in emotional dumping or inappropriate behavior

❌ Client breaches confidentiality or misuses program materials

This is a high-caliber space for high-caliber women. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

9. FUTURE ACCESS & LONG-TERM SUPPORT

🛑 This 3-day program does NOT include ongoing access or follow-ups.

If you want continued coaching, you may apply for a longer-term coaching container at the current program rate.

🔹 Future Access & Upgrade Option: either re-enroll or apply This 3-day program does not guarantee future access. If you wish to continue, you must re-enroll or apply for extended coaching.

10. GOVERNING LAW & LEGAL PROTECTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the state of California.

FINAL NOTICE ON PROFESSIONALISM & BOUNDARIES

This space is built on mutual respect, integrity, and a high standard of engagement.  I am here to provide expert-level spiritual guidance, not to manage disruptions, energy drains, or boundary violations.

If you engage in disrespectful behavior, attempt to manipulate the space, or violate any terms of this agreement, your access will be immediately revoked without a refund.

I uphold the same level of professionalism and ethical standards expected in high-level settings. If you wouldn’t act that way in a boardroom, courtroom, or with a respected elder, don’t do it here.

💡 Translation: Show up with respect, intention, and a readiness to receive.  Anything else? You’ll quickly learn that this is not the space to test limits.
