They are non-refundable once purchased and access has been granted.
Why No Refunds?
Digital products and services are delivered immediately or shortly after purchase. Once you have access to the content, it cannot be "returned" as physical products can. This policy protects the integrity of my work and business.
Furthermore, much of my work is spiritually & emotionally labor intensive. The energy exchange required for the services is non-refundable.
Your Responsibility as a Buyer
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will not request a refund through me or through your payment provider.

You will not initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited. By making a purchase, you agree not to file a chargeback, dispute, or payment reversal with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor.
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute:

Your access to all purchased products and services will be immediately revoked.

You will be banned from making future purchases.

Legal action may be taken to recover costs and damages.

You may be reported to the payment processor for fraudulent activity.

Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare circumstances:

Technical Error: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on my end (e.g., double-charged, charged the wrong amount)

No Access Provided: If you paid for a product or service but were never granted access due to an error on my end, and the issue cannot be resolved
