Cancellation Policy

By booking a session, you agree to the terms below. Please make sure the contact information you provide at booking is accurate and complete. Incorrect or missing information may delay your session and may require rescheduling. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. All sessions must be booked through my website and are subject to current availability. All sales are final. You may reschedule your session one time if you submit your request at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. Online cancellations are not available. If you need to cancel your session, you must contact me directly by email. No shows and missed sessions are nonrefundable and nontransferable. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. These sessions are for personal support, reflection, clarity, and guidance. They are not therapy, crisis care, medical care, legal advice, or financial advice. Information shared in the session will be treated with care and discretion. I may disclose information if required by law or if there is a serious safety concern. If a session is significantly interrupted by a technical issue on my end, I will reschedule the remaining time. If a technical issue occurs on your end, the session will continue as scheduled unless I decide otherwise. If rescheduling becomes a repeated pattern, I may require a new booking before offering another session. I reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply to your purchase. ✨ Understanding Energy Exchange ✨ When engaging with my services, understand that guidance and energy are a two-way exchange. Once you receive my coaching guidance and support: * You have already received the intended benefit of the session. * Guidance and energetic transmissions cannot be taken back or refunded, as they have already been transmitted and accepted. * Returning the monetary exchange without receiving the same energy back would create an energetic imbalance.
