Cancellation Policy
By purchasing a session, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please ensure all contact information in your booking notes is accurate. Incorrect or missing information will delay your service and may result in a reschedule. There are no refunds for services rendered or digital courses and classes. If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your session will not be refunded, but you will be offered one complimentary reschedule. You are allowed one complimentary reschedule. If rescheduling becomes a pattern, you will be required to purchase a new session. Purchase of any service constitutes agreement to this cancellation and refund policy.
